They worked with my insurance company to make sure that the specifications for my new roof would make it as good as new. They arrived when they said they would and though their job superintendant was busy he was willing to explain each step of the process. The team he brought to the work site was obviously experienced and professional. In addition, while roofing can be a messy job, I believe my property was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Finally, they left me with a very nice looking roof.

When you appeared at my door, and told me Lone Star Roofing, Inc, would put a new roof on my house for whatever the insurance would pay, plus my deductible, I was most interested. Later, you would tell me that you could see from the street, that I had storm damage to my roof.

Everything went the way you said it would. You met with the adjuster, showed him the damage, and that was it. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical, when you said the roof would be completed in one day. Especially since it now gets dark so early. However, the material was delivered, exactly as you said. Then, when I came home after work, there was a flurry of activity. Men on the roof, on the ground and on the phone!

Sure enough, just before dark, the old roof was in a trailer, heading down the road, the yard was clean, as was the sidewalk and driveway, and I had a brand new roof!

The next day you came by, just to check on everything. The day after that, Brad-who was off sick the day the roof was put on- stopped by to see if the finished product met Lone Star's standards. And it was, and is. Your guys even painted the old pipes, to match the lighter color of the new shingles. Sure looks nice.
