How wonderful it is that we do not have to get up in the middle of the night to place buckets and towels throughout the house when it starts raining! How nice that Steve no longer has to store a ladder in the bathdroom and crawl up into the attic to empty the large buckets of rain water! Couldn´t believe a roof that large can be replaced in such a short time. And it was done "just in time" as a storm hit the last day of installation and we´ve had a week of rain since.
We hace you " thank" for assisting us with replacement of our roof. And you made it so easy by handling everything from a begining to end. As complicated as insurance processes are these days, you handled the paperwork and walked us through the procedure to make it happend. You even took your personal time to physically observe throughout the installation. Your personal recommendation removal and alternative for the "unsightly box" adds such character to the house. It says a lot when there is hands on by a Sales Rep from beginnnig to end! You are knowledgeable in what you do and there was never any doubt or worry about the process and the results! You even go above and beyond by explaining the IRS tax credit we are now eligible for.
We are so happy with the new roof! It looks wonderful! This has been a painless experience with beautiful results. This has now inspired Steve to do repairs and upgrades inside the house.

Wow! We never knew anybody could get so much pleasure out of something as mundane as a new roof! But we can´t stop smiling.
Thank you for helping us decide on a steel roof. It´s an investment we´ll never regret, and the results are stunnig (as you could see by the regular parade of cars as neighbors ispected your work). The attention to the smallest detail and your regular question, "What else can we do for you?" throughout the installation, made for a truly great experience. And thanks for helping us with the necessary paperwork to qualify for a reduction in our insurances premiums, as well as an IRS tax credit through the roofing product´s Energy Star rating.
Your crew was apolite group of skilled craftsmen who worked steadily and had a good time, too. It was fun watching them go about their different jobs right up to the last day when they painted the pipes and vents to match our roof color and scoured the yard, driveway, street in front of our house and the flower beds for stray nails. They even swept the garage and the driveway.
All in all a terrific experience and one we would gladly repeat (through not soon please!).
